Rick's niche started working with first time homebuyers. His background as a loan officer helped him assist buyers in calculating their debt to income ratios and establish their ability to buy a home and get a loan. He became an expert in credit counseling, how to manage debt, build wealth, and produce financial independence through the vehicle of real estate. Since becoming an agent, he has helped thousands of clients become happy homeowners.
Rick started a construction development company. This venture has become invaluable with assisting clients who want to take their real estate investing to a new level of risk and return.
